He is always very kind and is able to answer all of my questions. In this day and age people are quick to complain but rarely ever pass on any feedback. We have worked with Brooks Real Estate since moving here from Europe 6 years ago. We are renters and have been increasingly happy with the service we have received. Our most recent move was to downsize to a smaller condo. Crisney Brooks, our property manager was continuously available to show us properties until we found what we wanted. We purchased our first rental property a little over a year ago, and have been extremely satisfied working with Crisney at Brooks Real Estate.  She worked with us to determine what needed to be done to prepare the property for rental, found great tenants in just a couple of weeks, and has continued to stay in close touch with us if any questions or problems arise.  We initially had a home warranty policy, but found Crisney already had a great network of people who provided much better service at reasonable prices.
