Josiah graduated college with a degree in business, while running track and cross country he learned that life is not a sprint and takes a commitment and dedication to be successful. He comes from a real estate family, and started his career in real estate as a consultant with Brooks Real Estate to audit and implement administrative, technology, accounting, and real estate process and procedures. With his education and practical experience in business and real estate, he earned his real estate license and joined forces with his mother, Marivi Garrison, already known for her service and expertise in business and real estate, to form the Garrison Group at Brooks Real Estate.
