Michelle Maciel began her career in 2004, and quickly became highly regarded by her clients and the real estate community. Over the years she has fine tuned her craft, as well as took the time to begin a family and is raising two wonderful children.

Her recent portfolio grew from 150 units to 250 units, while managing a small team. Michelle not only managed, grew, and maintained a successful portfolio, but more importantly forged valued business relationships over the years, including assisting her investor clients to purchase and liquidate their assets to balance their portfolios.

Michelle has maintained strong professional standards in her real estate career as a member of the Williamsburg Association of Realtors, the Virginia and National Real Estate Association, and the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM). She has served on
committees with the local Association of Realtors and has attended the annual statewide PMX Conference yearly to stay up to date with laws and best practices.
