Our Philosophy of Management of Community Associations

  • The Community Manager should endeavor to assist the Board of Directors of the Association by helping them utilize resources, implementing their decisions, and administering services within the guidelines of the law and the community’s governing documents.
  • The Community Manager should serve the Board as a liaison with service providers, attorneys, accountants, and local governments, and providing administrative tools for day to day operations and long range planning.
  • Management should be focused on developing leadership within the Board so that the Board can fulfill its primary responsibility to protect, preserve, and maintain the common areas and the value of the community.

Longhill Station

Longhill Station Homeowners Association

Longhill Station is a neighborhood in the middle of James City County, but with a Williamsburg mailing address.  The community offers members a swimming pool for summertime enjoyment along with many social events throughout the year.

Located on approximately 97 acres, approximately 180 homes have been built in the neighborhood.  The parcel of land where it is located was originally known as the Wallace Estate Parcel. It contains a 35-foot wooded conservation buffer around most of the perimeter of the neighborhood which gives lots of privacy to the backyards and the community.

The builder of the community was Atlantic Homes of Williamsburg, Virginia.   The homes are two stories with a few ranch style homes and a few two-story units that have first floor master bedrooms.   The community was started in the late 90’s and completed around 2003.
