We purchased our first rental property a little over a year ago, and have been extremely satisfied working with Crisney at Brooks Real Estate. She worked with us to determine what needed to be done to prepare the property for rental, found great tenants in just a couple of weeks, and has continued to stay in close touch with us if any questions or problems arise.
