I was born and raised in Williamsburg, I know this wonderful community and the quality of living it offers. And, being a fourth generation real estate agent, I have been in and around the industry my entire life.

Combined with a real estate company that has served Williamsburg since 1885, I provide superior services with passionate care unmatched by any residential leasing and property management company in our area.

I have been a landlord myself and understand the rewards but also the struggles and frustrations that came come along with it. Being a landlord comes with both rewards and risk and my job is to make sure you are prepared for both!

I also worked in both the mortgage and insurance fraud businesses. This has afforded me insights to the larger picture of the requirements and complexity of investing in residential real estate.

I consistently have more than 95% occupancy and less than 5% delinquency rate.
