With 31 years of commercial real estate here in Virginia, from the buying and selling multi-million dollars of my own commercial real estate as well as have owned a portfolio worth multi-million dollars, to leadership roles locally and in the Commonwealth of Virginia to include Co-Chair of the Commercial Alliance, and currently overseeing one of the largest commercial lease management portfolio in our MSA, with a balanced mix of industrial, office, and retail …allows me the understanding and perspective to provide a superior service to our clients.

As we have been opened continuously in Southeast Virginia since 1885, we are entrenched in the community and have a long history with the business sector, and in-turn the cottage industry for our commercial program. Combined with the strength of the Coldwell Banker Commercial Network, Tools, and Services our program is unmatched in our service area, and allows use to be able to service even the largest of commercial clients, i.e.: Subway, Pizza Hut, Walgreens, Starbucks, Virginia Department of Fish and Game.

We currently are carrying approximately 22 million dollars of sales inventory from land to retail centers. In regards to Community Associations, we currently manager 700 + doors for 17 Community Associations. I am CIC licensed with the Commonwealth of Virginia, and am AMS and CMCA Certified. Our Residential Portfolio includes 300 + lease/management properties and is well run and well received by all our clients.

I hold a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) Designation with the National Association of realtors, which is their international designation.
