For 40 years, I worked in the retail field. I managed and owned retail furniture stores. That experience taught me contracts/leases, cash flow, organization skills and dealing with people. In addition, I have never had to go to court to remove a tenant for eviction; my average turnaround time over the past 3 years is less than 10 days; and, we have a total paperless system here at Brooks Real Estate for tenants and landlords. All my tenants must pay with our auto draft system (i.e., no paper checks).
