I have called him so many times with so many questions and he has been wonderful. He never seems bothered by all my phone calls or questions. He is always very kind and is able to answer all of my questions. In this day and age people are quick to complain but rarely ever pass on any feedback. I’ve interacted with a lot of companies and Jim has by far been the kindest and most helpful that I have encountered. I hope this can be passed along to his supervisor. Thank you for your time.
